Welcome Emma Rachel

Here are a few pictures of little Emma from the hospital yesterday. She is a cutie. Her brothers both have dark hair so it's fun to see a redish blonde baby. She was 6 lbs. 9 oz which is a pretty good size for a 3 week preemie.
Tayler is a little confused with cousins: Emmy, Emma and Emerson. Crazy huh?! She was so cute with her! Rylee just wanted to "pat/love" the baby so we had to keep an eye on her. Last night after work Sean came home and wasn't feeling so good so he laid down for a while. So I decided to take the girls grocery shopping and then to get dinner at Cafe Rio, but Rylee cried the whole time. I think her teeth are really getting to her because she has been soooo whinny lately and I know that other sickness she had is getting better. All in all when I came home I had a migrane too! :)

These are funny pictures from dinner.

Rylee and her best pal Elmo who goes everywhere with her. He even has to eat with her.

Here's grumpy Tay who surprisingly doesn't want to eat. :)

But then after dinner, they both watched a movie together and all was happy again.

Now I need to go get in the shower to get ready for my date with my hubby. I love to go on dates. I also have been cooking all day to take in dinner to Shelly and Mike when they come home from the hospital today.

Birthday's!

Happy Birthday Little Emmy! I can't believe it has been 9 years already. We were all SOOO excited the day you were born and have been ever since! You are such a great little girl. We hope you have a great day today.

Also Mike and Shelly (Sean's sister) had their baby last night at 11:37 p.m. Emma Rachel Prinster is now here safe and sound and is doing great. We can't wait to meet her in a little while. I'll post some pictures after we meet her. We had their boys since 7:30 a.m. yesterday morning and they just left. I really don't think I can handle more than 2 kids :) (just kidding honey!) but Connor and Keaton are great kids. Rylee and Tayler loved playing with them.

So now I am an aunt of two new little nieces within 1 week. Pretty exciting stuff. I can't wait to meet Reyes too.

So all you "So You Think You Can Dance" watchers... what did you think of last nights choice of being voted off? I am sad about Alison being voted off. Love that Benji and Heidi are still there.

Love that it is Friday. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
Loves to all.........

Random Pictures

My kids loved swimming and being at the Pool. Friday we went to the Clearfield pool and then Saturday and Monday we went to the Roy pool. It was fun and so hot that you had to be in the water!

I love this picture of her. She is so stinkin' cute!

Tayler's new love in life is watching Tom & Jerry. Sean had her watch one episode with him and now she wants to watch it all day and night.

I love my little girls!

Rylee's new love in life is eating Doritos (she does pretty good at not eating them in the living room, but slowly inches her way in). And you can't just give her a few she HAS to carry around the bag.

I talked to Jen on the phone again this morning. I love talking to her. I hope that Mom arrived safe and sound in Seattle last night.

I am so excited for So You Think You Can Dance tonight! Hooray! I love that show.

Doctor, Doctor...

So today Rylee had her well baby check-up, but since she has been sick I was excited that it was today to check and see if anything else was wrong.. well the Dr. put her on antibiotics because she has signs of Pneumonia. What??? I should have taken her in days ago, but then they usually say it is nothing and send you home.
Poor little girl. She also had 3 shots on top of it all. She's quite a trooper though so hopefully the antibiotics should clear it up.

Yesterday for the 24th Tayler and I went to the Roy Pool. It was so much easier without Rylee, but then Sean and R came near the end. She seemed to be much better but wasn't. Then Clearfield did a spectacular fireworks show (since it was cancelled on the 4th). Luckily I had gone early and put down some blankets to save some spots. It was packed! The Pratts and Nevilles came too. It was a blast. They literally did them only yards from us. It was the closest I have ever been to a fireworks show. Everyone went right to sleep when we got home because it was late.

It is sooo hot! Thank heavens for AC. I feel so bad for people that have to work outside in it.. unless they are at a pool.

Love the days off...

I love when Sean has worked 4 10's and has Friday off. Then Thursday, Friday and Saturday night are all play nights! And this week he has tomorrow off as well. It's great to have him home except that I never accomplish anything because we just hang out and play. Oh well the housework can wait!

Last night we went to the temple and out to eat at Olive Garden and then some friends came over to play games. They brought this came called "The joker" which is kind of a glorified Sorry or Trouble type game, but you play and move using Cards instead of dice and of course certain cards dictate moves. It was fun. Sean has mentioned about 10 times how much he loved the game. I think we will have to make our own as well. It's a game that someone made up. Pretty cleaver if you ask me.

Today I stayed home from Church with little Rylee. She has had a bad cough and running nose and runs a fever every few hours so I stayed home to cuddle her. We ended up making homemade rolls. Before Sean and Tay headed out the door he said to Tayler "we will come home to fresh rolls right out of the oven" so then I felt guilty and made them since I haven't forever. They were pretty tasty and made my house smell good. Tayler helped me roll them too. She is getting so good. I should have taken a picture!

Yesterday afternoon we went to the Roy Pool (about 15 minutes from our house). It is an amazing pool and so much fun for the little (and Big) kids. We only stayed for 2 hours since we had to come home and get ready for the temple, but I think we will go back tomorrow- depending on how Rylee is doing.

Now we just woke up from long naps. It felt so good. We need to finish watching Glory Road tonight. We started it last night after our friends left, but were too tired to finish it.

Happy 24th tomorrow.. (all those that used to live in Utah :)

I'm an Aunt again

Little Reyes Lorenza was born this morning at 3:40 a.m. She weighed 6 lbs. 15 oz. (I hope I spelled her name right?)

Congratulations Ryan and Marcela. She's beautiful. I can't believe my little bro. is a father.

I now have 4 nieces. I guess our family is a family of girls!

Can't wait to see her and see you guys. Love you!

Is it time for bed yet?

So yesterday was a fun night out with my momma. Sean picked up the kids while we were at Ross which was so nice because then I could really look and try on things without having to deal with fussy kids.

I found this awesome pair of camo guacho's that I LOVE with a cute shirt to go with. That is all I purchased which I found to be quite an accomplishment. It is so much better shopping with someone to see their reactions. Afterwards we ran my cute little cousin Brett back up to my
G & G's house and then went and saw "The Devil Wears Prada." The theater in Bounitful isn't the best, but it was a funny movie and a fun night out. Thanks mom for everything.

Today we had a pool party as our Tues. activity (for all the stay at home mom's) and their were 101 people (adults and kids) in someone's back yard. It was total chaos, but fun. We left early because I had to get an oil change and I had limited time since I had to be back by 3:00 to watch a little boy. 10 minutes after he left another set of kids (Alex and Aiden) came for 3 1/2 hours. It was their dads birthday so I offered to watch the kids so that they could have a fun night out. It was chaos as well when 2 more kids were added to the mix, but all in all it turned out alright.
3 babies and 3 older kids makes for a lot of running around. How do people have so many kids? Mom- 6 kids? It seems to take everything I have to keep it all running semi-smoothly.

Now I am worn out and completely ready for bed. I also have major muscle soreness because of squats yesterday.. OUCH! I guess when you get out of the routine it kicks your BOOTIE!!!!

Picture Happy

I love it when the camera is handy. Yesterday after Church Sean grabbed it and started taking pictures.

Tayler was being silly and kept putting on Sean's BYU hat. She is so excited to go to a BYU game with him this fall.

Just being silly!

We had a great weekend. Friday was our BBQ with friends at our house and then Saturday our neighbor threw a surprise bash for her husbands 30th birthday. It was fun except that he found out about it Friday night. Bummer! It was a fun night as well. He came in dressed in a tank top and little shorts pretending that he had been playing tennis. Hilarious. Everyone was looking at each other like "what in the world."

Today the girls and I are going to Bountiful to see Mom and then we are seeing "The Devil Wears Prada" tonight. Sean always lets me have a fun night out! Thank you honey.

Hope that everyone had a good weekend.

Another Day

Tayler had her 2nd dance class yesterday. She was so excited to go again! Sean picked her up from class and when I got home she said all matter of factly "mom I need to practice my toe touches, my power up's, and my dance routine." I then asked what "power-up's" are, and she said "I don't know I told daddy I thought you would know." So if anyone has a clue please let me know. I guess I need to watch a little bit of the class at the end so I can clue in! She loves it though!

As Tayler was practicing of course Rylee was trying to mimic everything she did.

Such funny little girls.

Other accomplishments: Tayler has finally mastered the art of driving her Barbie Jeep. It was overnight that she all of a sudden did it. It's fabulous. Now I don't have to go running behind it like a crazed lunatic. She has also started reading with Sean and is doing so well. It's amazing how fast they pick things up. She is always so proud and wants to do more and more. She always asks if she can practice her writing and is doing excellent at that as well.

Rylee is just a ball of fire. She is Tay's little shadow (all day long!) I am hoping that she will start saying some words soon. She understands everything, but won't say the words.

Sean is more than likely going to start school in the Fall up at Weber State for his Masters Degree. I am proud of him. He is one that can take on a TON of things and not get stressed out. I hope to finish my degree sometime too! It will just take a little juggling.

Tonight we are having a BBQ with 2 couples: The Hansens and Rippons. I need to go and buy a new umbrella for our patio set. The last one snapped in half during a major wind storm.

Talked to Mom this morning. Good to talk to her! We get to play on Monday since Grievance is cancelled. Yippee

Have a great weekend everyone. Loves and Hugs

Weekend Whirlwind

Why does it seem like the weekends go by so quickly?

We had our little party for Julie on Friday when she got home from Logan. I'm not sure why I didn't snap any photos, but it went well. We decorated and made a cake and had chicken Enchiladas. I called Jared to see what her favorite dinner was.. hope he guessed right. It was good to chat with him as well. Love that kid. I wish that it could have been a celebration with the two of them.
Brent and Ryan also called right as we were sitting down for dinner. It was good to talk to him as well. I miss having my bro.'s & sis's close by. Sorry I didn't talk long Brent, but Rylee was making herself throw-up all over the floor (she has this bulimic thing going on. I guess she likes the gag reflex a little too much..) anyway, I will call and chat with you again soon. Can't wait to see you guys.

Saturday Julie and I went to a session at the Bountiful temple and Sean took the girls to the Stake Primary activity over at Hess park. Thanks babe! It was nice to be back at the temple. It has been a while. Our session took a while longer than we expected but it was a great day. There were TONS of brides everywhere though.. it was a mad house.

Afterwards I came home and cleaned up a little and got ready for the 2 lessons I had to teach yesterday (Young Womens and the Missionary class).
Sean's sister Sharla came and watched the girls for us while we went out. We are lucky to have so many people willing to babysit for us so that we can go out. I always look forward to it. I love being out with him. We went with our friends as well and tried out a new restaurant called "Roosters" It is a great one and hasn't been discovered yet so there wasn't a wait. We sat out on the patio and ate. It was perfect. Good friends, good food, good times. (okay that sounded corny!)

Sunday I didn't feel so hot, but still taught both classes. It was the last missionary class which I am relieved about, but a little sad too. I loved the people that came and it helped me a ton as well. I was happy that Sean was able to teach with me. He is a great teacher. Yesterday I wasn't sure he was going to be able to come because the Youth teacher wasn't there or the Gospel Doctrine teacher. Luckily, 2 great people stepped up and did it.

After church I came home and took a long nap since I still didn't feel so hot and Sean fed the kids. He is such a good daddy!! Then we had dinner with the Pratt's (Sean made an awesome Lasagna dinner) and headed up to Ty's 1 year old birthday party at Sherra and Trent's house.

Now it is time to get ready for work. Rylee is already napping and Tayler is over at Kim's house playing with Kinsey. Love quiet time.

Dance Class

(I know this picture is a little blurry, but I thought it was funny!)

So last night was Tayler's first dance class. It was so cute and hysterical to watch the little girls trying to do the moves. We loved it. Rylee wanted to go in and dance as well, but she did her own little performance outside the classroom for everyone to see.

Julie came up yesterday at about 11:30 so we had lunch and then I had to head out to work. She watched the girls for me and I totally appreciated it. It was a long day too! When I got home from work we passed out some reminders to everyone in my missionary class and some thank you treats for every family feeding the missionaries this month. After that it was back home for a bit to eat and to get Tayler ready for dance class and then we were off.

Luckily afterwards we had nothing to do so we vegged and watched "So you think you can dance" LOVE THAT SHOW!!! And I love my Tivo also. What in the world did I do without that :) It was nice to watch Wednesday nights episode and then watch the results show right after. I love a lot of those dancers so it will be interesting to see who wins. Sean made us some wantons and then we went to sleep.

Julie headed up to Logan today so I think the girls and I are going to have a surprise birthday party for her when she gets home. We will make a cake and a yummy dinner and go get her a present.

So the girls night out was fun UNTIL I go SOOOOO sick! It was awful! We ate at the "Dodo" restaurant at Gateway, went shopping and then went to see "The Lakehouse" At the start of the movie everything was fine and then the room started spinning and I felt yucky! Not such a great night, but it was fun nonetheless. I forgot to take my camera too.

So every morning Tayler loves to listen to "Bad Day" on the Ipod. She loves that song. I think she really can sing all the words. It's a daily routine in our house.

Have a great weekend everyone! Loves to all :)

Catch Up

Tayler and Rylee at Layton Park
HAPPY 4th of JULY!!!

We FINALLY have a reliable internet (we think!)
We switched from High Speed Clearfield to Qwest and Sean had everything hooked up Monday afternoon and then yesterday during the lightning storm we think it fried our modem so they had to come today and replace it. Let's keep our fingers crossed that it keeps working and it's not a curse at our house. We have had so many problems that I hope this is it.

Last week was fabulous since Sean had Friday off! He worked 4 10's so he had the day off. It was so nice to have him home. He is going to try and do that every week now so I have vowed to not schedule anything on Friday's! It is our day to be together (and I can say "no" to watching kids this day :)

After we played Friday it seemed like Sunday the next day, but it was only Saturday. Glorious! I hope it works out with his schedule.

We did fireworks Monday night with our neighbors (thank heavens) because it poured and we had lightning last night. We went to Layton Park yesterday to see the festivities and then came home for naps. The girls had a good time. They had a bunch of blow up toys that they played in, and then of course had snow cones and cotton candy. It was SOOO hot!!

We were planning on heading to Lagoon when everyone woke up, but at 5:30 the wind started howling and then the rain came and it poured and poured with lots of lightning and thunder. No Lagoon!

The main firework show at Clearfield park was cancelled so we did our own show with our friends the Neville's. It was a fun night inspite of the weather and when we finished our fireworks it started to rain again.

(below) Rylee & Bethany Neville

This morning I put Rylee's hair in pigtails. I love doing hair! I'm so glad that I have 2 girls to practice on. They are stubby little piggies, but all the hair is in. She also tried to wake Tayler up this morning for 30 minutes. It's so funny to see.

Julie came in Monday night and is coming up tomorrow to visit us for a few nights while Mom is on Trek. It'll be fun to see her and play.

Jen and Steve made it home safe from sunny Mexico safe and sound. I'm glad that they went and had a good time. Welcome home you two love birds.

Tonight is a girls night out. Hooray! We'll probably go to a dinner and a movie. I love nights like these. I'll post pictures tomorrow.

Night out with my girl..

So last night after dinner, Tayler and I decided to hit Lagoon- just the two of us! Usually we go during the day and when we have Rylee I can't go on the rides with Tayler that she wants to ride because we don't have anyone to watch Rylee.

So last night we hit all the "big kid" rides. We had so much fun. It's funny because some of the rides are so fun, but you look silly if you are riding them as an adult, but since I HAD to ride them with Tay I got to enjoy them as well.

We arrived around 6:45 and didn't head out until 10 minutes to 10:00. We stayed and watched one of the shows. Tayler was in heaven with the dancing and singing. She sat there intently watching and clapping and smiling. Such a picture perfect moment. I love that little girl. She is so fun to be with. At one point she said "MOM" and it totally caught me off guard. I guess I felt like a kid again too!

Afterwards we hit McDonalds Redbox and found a movie to watch today.

All in all it was a great night!

A Day of Rest

This morning we missed the alarm and slept until 8:30 (Church starts at 9), but don't worry Tayler and I made it at 9:02. Total record.

Rylee was still running a high fever so Sean stayed home with her.

My proud moment of the day. Tayler was asked to give the scripture in Primary opening exercises. A month or so ago she was suppose to give the prayer and it turned into a total fiasco! She didn't (and made it very clear to everyone in the room that she wasn't going to) so I ended up doing it. I thought the same thing would happen again today, but she amazed me. She went up the little stairs, pulled down the microphone and repeated John 14:15 all by herself. I was such a proud momma!! My little sunbeam.

After Church I had to do a little V.T.-ing, but Sean and the girls waited for me to get home and we all had naps. It felt so good!!! My body is achin'. I guess the gym was not so friendly yesterday. I think I pulled every muscle that I have.
I might have to take the day off tomorrow! When I go with Sean I tend to over-do it because he helps me with all the equipment and I love it.

My little Rylee still isn't feeling so good. I'm not sure what she has. Last night Sean and I got to go out and so we left them with his sister Sherra. She said she was fine all night until the end and then she started feeling a little warm. Hope she will feel better soon. I hate to see her sick.

Anyway.. last night we went to dinner at The Pie and then went and saw "The Break-Up" It was pretty funny. Always nice to be out and about with my honey.

Hope that everyone had an awesome weekend. Loves and Hugs to all.

Out & About

Today was an out and about day with my Mom and cute little Emmy.
First we hit the mall. We shopped, ate, chatted, and found some major good deals at JC Penney. Love it when you hit the jackpot. I'll have to take photos of the outfits I bought when Tay has them on.

I love hanging out and not being home where people can call me to babysit. I think I have had kids every day this week. It's fine but it gets tiring to not go and do what you need to do or want to do.

After the Mall we went up to my Dad's grave. Always sad to see the headstone and think that he really is gone. I miss him so much. I hate to see the hurt in my Mom's eyes. It's hard to explain to my little 3 year old the "why?" part, but yet it's good to remember and answer that question as well. To hear it explained in its simplicity. It is Heavenly Father's plan. He knows our sorrow, yet also has given us the knowledge that we can be together again. How lucky are we. I can't imagine trying to press forward without that knowledge. We must press forward. We must strive for that goal of being together again. I have been blessed with such a wonderful family and I know that we can do it together. They are each wonderful examples to me. I watch my Mom press foward. I'm not sure how, but she does it and bears it well.

I am grateful for my blessings!!

1st Day of Summer AND...

Happy Birthday to my cutest little niece MEGHAN!!

(Meghan and Emmy at Jared's Wedding)

We love her and think she is a doll. Hope you have a great day and a great party. Loves and Hugs.

Today I woke up earlier than I normally do while my kids were still asleep and got all my chores finished (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, mopping). They both woke up right as I was finishing. It's so much easier! I think I will start doing that from now on. I liked the quiet time as well. And since my kids sleep until 9:00 or 9:30 it's pretty easy to get everything finished.

New Goal for the summer!

I think we are going to hit Lagoon today and play. Should be fun and tiresome!

They work!!

So yesterday Sean came out again to Mom's to finish the sprinklers and they work!!!! HOORAY.. everything went smoothly. Now we just need to continue to pray that everything will run smoothly. He woke up with the stomach flu, but still came out to finish. What a guy!

Yesterday little Emmy made it to our house about 10:30. We were all excited to see her. She is a terrific little girl. I forgot to snap some pictures so I will have to do it this week sometime. Tayler couldn't stop dancing and jumping around when she came. We ran a few errands and then I bought them lunch and we headed out to meet mom so that she could watch them while I went to work. Thanks Mom!

Happy Tuesday to everyone. I think we will do chores today and maybe go out to find Tayler a new Church dress. I bought Rylee one yesterday but couldn't find one for Tayler and as I was tucking her into bed she said "Mom do you think we could find a dress for me tomorrow with flowers that I can twirl in." Of course my little T! She is actually the one in need of it. She is growing out of her 4T one's already. She must have had a growth spurt.

Love you all!

Happy Day!

***this was suppose to post yesterday but it didn't for some reason***

Today was a wonderful day! First off, Happy Father's Day to everyone! I hope that everyone had an enjoyable, relaxing day.

We had a wonderful Father's Day. We woke up and made Sean breakfast and put Ribs in the Crockpot to cook for dinner. Yummy. Rylee and Tayler loved giving him his presents. He said that the new camera was his present, but that was boring so we went shopping and found some other things. We gave him a Wok (he has wanted one forever), some fancy Remington 6 in 1 shaving deal, and a CD. I think he liked it! He is such a wonderful Daddy. I am grateful for him in every way.

Sean and I had to teach the missionary class so I took Rylee to Nursery to see if she could stay in there (even though it is 2 weeks early until she is really suppose to go), but the Nursery leaders said it was fine and she did amazing! Church was so great again. HAPPY DAYS :)!!!!!

I forget how much I love the 18 month stage.

This weekend we spent Friday night at my Mom's house. The easy sprinkling project turned into a bit of a nightmare, but Sean is still in good spirits. He didn't get it finished so he will head out there tomorrow again. He got everything hooked up, but after he had tested everything and was ALMOST finished one of the parts blew. Oh well. He feels bad that he had to leave it 'undone', but he had to buy the part at Chads Spinklers up here in Layton so Saturday there was nothing more he could do. It will get done though! Hopefully tomorrow he won't run into bigger problems?! Cross your fingers. I think he made about 8 or 9 trips to Home Depot and back. It was hilarious. Thank heavens that they have one now in Tooele.

The girls and I had fun out at Grandma's though. Mom helped me sew my two eye spy bags and we did some pruning of the snowball bushes. It was very exhilarating.

Tomorrow Emmy comes! Hooray. Tayler couldn't be any more excited. It will be fun to see her. Hope they travel safely.

Have a great week everyone.

Off to Grandma's

We are off to Grandma's in a while for a sleep-over. Sean is going to work on the yard tonight and put in an electronic sprinkling system for my mom. Then tomorrow he will test it out and make sure that everything is running smoothly. After that the fun will begin to bring it back to life and make it lush, green and beautiful! All prayers are welcome :) Just kidding! It will be a fun project. I will have to take some before and after pictures so that everyone can see the change.

Tayler is quite excited to go to Grandma's again.

Hope that everyone has a great weekend. Love you all.
