GO Utes!!!

My mom bought this sweatshirt for Jayson for Christmas and it finally fits. It

is so stinkin' cute on him! I love it!! We roasted marshmallows and had smores tonight. It was a blast.

anyway.. don't let this post fool you for one second (he was only hungry!!). Nice try babe!

Beep Beep

It seems that while I am making dinner the girls love to ride in their Barbie Jeep. Yesterday Tayler asked if she could give Jayson a ride and what do you know.. he LOVED it! I love that they all love to play together, and play well together (for the most part).

Can it be..

He really did a new post. I almost removed him from my side links :) Just kidding honey.

Check out my Babe's blog. Please humor him. A comment would really make his day too!

Gracias!

So Proud

This is the letter that Tayler wrote to us-- ALL BY HERSELF. I am so proud of her!

translation to read along with:

I Love you Mom Dad Rylee Jayson. From Tayler We like to go Swim and go to **Lagoon** and go bowling and play games and paint and play outside and we like to plant.

The only words she spelled wrong were Lagoon (which was phonetically correct) and bowling. I had to remind her what made the --ING sound, other than that it was perfect.

Not too shabby eh?

Summer Days

Oh how I love the days of being lazy! It is so fun to wake up *whenever* and have no where to go. No rushing to get kids ready and out the door to school. I love it!

Friday Sean had the day off so we went out to lunch, run some errands, did yard work, and played with the kids. Saturday I had to work so Sean took all the kids to the local nursery to buy some flowers and when I got home we planted and finished up the yard work.

Sunday was a good day. Nothing too exciting. I made those yummy Mint cookies and we went on a walk.

Monday was a rainy day so we took the kids to see Prince Caspian. Tayler and Sean have been reading the books from the Chronicles of Narnia so she really enjoyed it. Also Rylee has been Queen Lucy while "pretending" with Tayler. Thankfully Rylee and Jayson fell asleep during the movie so we had a great time. Afterwards, I met my mom and had a fabulous time. I love hanging out with her. We ate at Rumbi's for Dinner. Yummy! Thanks mom!

I want to do at least one fun activity every day with my kiddos. I can't wait until the outside pools open. That's where you can find us most days :)

here are just some photos before we left for church:

best friends-- the other day Rylee told me in the car (when it was just her and I) that Tayler was her "bestest" friend.

Happy Wednesday everyone!

Over and Out

Tayler is ALL finished with Kindergarten! I can remember so vividly her first day (because I was in the hospital after having Jayson), and now she is all done.

Today we went to her school for the program they do for the parents. It was cute & I was so proud of my little T!
She will be in 1st grade the end of July. Wow, where has the time gone?!
Here are a few pictures from the big day!

Jayson waiting for the program to start

Rylee saw Tayler in the crowd

Cute Tay

Waiting to get her "certificate"

Awesome friends from her class, Zach and Luke

Tay and her teacher, Mrs. Pound

Tayler was so excited that Sean could come. She is a daddy's girl for sure!

Me and my munchkins

Afterwards we went out to lunch with my awesome friend Maria and her little one Audrey! I wish I would have had my camera because her hair looked sooo cute today.

We love to hang out with them. Thanks for going with us M & A! You guys are awesome.

Wonderful trip

I had such a wonderful trip to Boise this past weekend. It is always so fun to see my sister and her cute little family. I wish that we didn't live so far away, but I guess it makes it that much sweeter and exciting when I do get to see her.

We had a blast just hanging out, shopping a little bit, playing outside on the tramp, braving the slip-n-slide, going on walks, and loving that new little one. They are all adorable!!! Big sister Alyssa & Eli looking oh so handsome for church

Cute boy!

Jayson loved playing with all of his cousins. He was a bit spoiled with all the attention.

Thanks for everything!! I can't wait to see you again in a few weeks.
I love you.

Happy Birthday Ryan and Steve

my bro. and bro-in-law are one year older now! Hope you guys had wonderful birthday's!!

happy day

It has been a long time. I am ready to kiss this SiCkNeSs goodbye! It has lingered in our home for WAY too long and is no longer welcome!

Rylee has been so sick, but is finally back to her old self. Thank heavens!

This weekend was great. Mothers Day was awesome. I love my kiddos, my husband, and my mom that stayed with us Saturday and Sunday.

Saturday after work, we went to a fun barbecue at Sean's sisters house to celebrate his mom. We ate fabulous food and visited for a while. It was a nice afternoon especially since we haven't been together for a long time.

Afterwards, we came home, hugged Grandma, and her and I left for our Pedicures. Thanks babe, we have beautiful toes now and had a great time. We shopped a bit after that, but didn't really purchase much-- except for my mom's new red purse. It was cute!

When we came home since Rylee was still sick we all couldn't go out to dinner, so my mom, Tay, and I went and enjoyed a little night out at Mimi's Cafe. YUM! I love that place. Tayler and I shared the Pot Pie. It was delicious and a perfect day! Thanks mom for spending it with me.

Before we left, Tay (and kind of Rylee) gave us our menu's for Tay and Rylee's Diner to pick our breakfast entrees for the next morning. They were the cutest things I have ever seen and MANY good choices I might add.

The next morning we were treated to a FABULOUS breakfast. It was delightful and so good. Then we got ready for Church. All in All it was perfect.
I adore my 3 naughties, my hubby who spoils me and my mom who loves me and who I enjoy being with.

AND yes the time has finally arrived that I get to go to BOISE (which was postponed) and see my adorable new nephew-- YIPPEE and 3 nieces whom I love to pieces and my amazing sis, and yes Steve, I am excited to see you too! :) **I know you're excited too!

I promise to have a lot of Fabulous pictures when I return. Loves to all!

You know you're a mom when..

your little girl throws up all over you and you just bring her closer, hug her tighter and try and get over the thought and SMELL and are extremely grateful that your husband just bought you a new mop the night before.

Poor Rylee!

I heart her

This little girl makes my heart melt. I love her.
Look at how cute she is when she sleeps.
Her hands are always like this.
She is at such a cute age.
Don't get me wrong she has some sassiness in her,
but she is oh so sweet.
**Just a tender mommy moment**

AHHH.. finally!

...... so the weather and myself have not been getting along lately, but we are now friends again!

These last few days have been gorgeous! It was so nice to just be outside and feel some warmth again. I love the tulips that are in bloom, my trees that are blossoming, the lilac bushes gracing us with their beauty and fragrance. The grass getting green and dusting off all the fun outside toys.

Friday I pulled all the weeds and mowed the yard. Saturday we cleaned out the garage and my mom came up for a visit (which allowed me to snake out of my duties a little bit) It was fun to see her!
Thanks for coming up mom!

Saturday night Sean went to the Adult Stake Conference session and I stayed home with the sickies. Sunday Jayson and I went to Stake Conference and Sean stayed home with the sickies. I took Jayson just in case I needed to take him out ;)

Tayler was out of school all last week (due to her sickness) and this week is testing for Kindergarten so she is out again. Friday she will go back for her remaining 9 days of Kindergarten. Can you believe she will be in 1st grade starting in July? My baby is growing up!
I can't believe it!

Rylee will start pre-school on Tuesday and Thursday in the mornings so that will leave just me and this

little dude for a few blissful hours those days. Ahhh, the joys.

Seriously..

I just looked out my window and this is what I saw.
Is it really May 1st?

I have two sick kids anyways, so I guess it is a good day to stay in, but come on-- WE are ready for the sunshine.

Yesterday Rylee (3 years) and Jayson ( 9 months) had their well checks.

Jayson stats: weight: 18 lb. 2 oz. - 18th percentile. Length: 28 inches - 31st percentile.
(* i am shocked that he is only in the 18th percentile. the Dr. even told me to watch his weight. have you seen the kid eat? He's good! I guess the cheeks much be deceiving and he is really hollow or something--crazy*)

Rylee stats: weight: 26 lbs. 2nd percentile Length: 3 feet 1 inch 29th percentile

Rylee had to get one shot and I prepped her all day for it so she did so good. When they gave it to her she flinched and said "mommy that did too hurt." What a silly girl! When the Dr. left the room to go and get their growth charts she said "hey wait Dr. I need my shot." I guess the preparation paid off.

Tay has been out of school since Tues. with some kind of weird virus bug. She has had a fever, bad headaches and a cough and has been pretty miserable. This morning I had her take a nice long bath and she said "mom I just want to feel better" poor thing. I hate when they are sick.

Last night Jayson was up 5 times between midnight and 7 sobbing. I gave him some Tylenol, but it didn't seem to do anything. He just wants to cuddle with his mom, which I don't mind, but I don't do so well on no sleep. Hopefully today we can all take long naps.

Hope your day is going well!
